Healthy Breakfast Cookies Any Child Will Love.

You wake up and start preparing your child's breakfast but they refuse to eat it because they insist on having cookies for breakfast. As a mom my first response was no cookies for breakfast that is absurd.

As parents we want to make sure that our child starts their day off with a healthy breakfast that keeps their belly full. The most common breakfast is oatmeal and fruit, so how can you keep your child happy and make sure that they get a healthy breakfast in?

My recipe for easy Breakfast Cookies uses simple and healthy ingredients and between prepping and baking they take less then 25 minutes in total.

Coconut Cranberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies


1 1/3 cup quick cook oats

3 ripe bananas mashed

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shredded

1 tbsp Rawsome (Optional)


Preheat oven to 350*

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Use a tablespoon to spoon mixture on to a cookie sheet

Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to brown
